Customers remain in control of their claim and are responsible for communicating with their insurance company regarding coverage, claim payments and settlement decisions. Renew Restoration is happy to provide customers with complimentary educational resources, general information gained through our experience performing insurance-related work, and to explain restoration issues and processes they may encounter when an insurance claim is a part of property repairs. Customers may use our contractor documentation and educational resources as they choose when communicating with their insurer. Questions requiring interpretation of a particular insurance policy or legal advice should be directed to the appropriately licensed professional.

3. Renew Restorations services remain under the control of the property owner at all times during a home repair or restoration that involves an insurance claim.
