How We Do Water Damage Restoration

Renew Restoration provides a premium restoration service to our customers at reasonable prices. While we work with insurance companies daily in this industry, we have no relationship with them. We do not receive sales leads nor are we on a vendor program. We work for you, our customer, and provide the support and documentation that will help you navigate your way through restoring your home according to local/state building codes and IICRC standards. Home restoration can be a stressful situation, and we promise to offer our knowledge and skillset to get your home restored as quickly as possible and to your satisfaction.

Worried about what kind of insurance coverage you have for your water damage?

Many of our customers are concerned about incurring large costs before knowing how their insurance coverage works in the event of water damage. Renew Restoration offers water damage stabilization services. We will coordinate an emergency response to stop any further water damage from occurring, by doing only what's required to stabilize the situation when you call. This includes water extraction, placing dehumidifiers, fans, containment and air scrubbers to stabilize the water damaged area of your home while you reach out to your insurance company to figure out your next steps.

Renew Restoration's Process

Assessment of Damage

Your insurance company may want proof that water damage has occurred. We can provide you with an assessment of your water damage at no cost. Emergency water damage often needs immediate mitigation and we are available to provide emergency mitigation services as well.

Transparent Process

Our restoration process is transparent from start to finish. We will provide a detailed scope of work that lays out exactly how your home will be restored to its previous condition. We will explain the entire process and expected timeframe to completion so you understand what it will take to restore your home. We regularly update you on the progress through each step of reconstruction.

Documentation

Your insurance company may require detailed documentation for your homes restoration. We provide professional assessments of damage, pictures, moisture readings, dry logs, 24 hour equipment monitoring and line by line item break downs of costs for your project.

Not Affiliated with Insurance Vendor Programs

Some water damage restoration companies may be on a preferred

vendor program. These restoration companies often give the insurance company the final word on the extent of work performed on your home. Renew Restoration has no affiliation with an insurance company and our only priority is restoring your home correctly. You can research preferred vendor programs for restoration companies online for more information.

Complete Restoration

We offer complete water damage restoration from start to finish including: emergency mitigation, dry out, demolition,  permitting, structure drying and repair, a full rebuild of damaged materials and a professional cleaning after your home is restored.

IICRC Certified

Renew Restoration is IICRC Certified to restore water damaged homes. Water damage restoration is currently an unregulated industry in Wisconsin, so it's important to make sure the company you choose has the knowledge to restore your home correctly.

Water damage can affect both the interior or exterior materials of your home. It is important to comprehensively assess any water intrusion and thoroughly track its path of travel through your home to prevent secondary damages from mold or wet/dry rot.
