Renew Restoration provides a premium restoration service to our customers. While we work with insurance companies daily in this industry, we have no special relationship with them. We do not receive sales leads nor are we on a vendor program with any insurance company. We work for you, our customer, and provide the support you need to navigate your way through restoring your home according to building code and IICRC standards. In what can be a very stressful situation, we promise to offer our knowledge, support and skills to get your home restored as quickly as possible and to your satisfaction.

More than just heat and fire damage occurs when you experience a fire in your home. Assessment of Damage

We thoroughly assess the damage to your home, from structural components that may have been compromised, to inspecting behind your wall for soot and having your HVAC ducts cleaned.

Transparent Process

Our restoration process is transparent from start to finish. We will provide a detailed scope of work that lays out exactly how we intend to restore your home. We will explain the entire process so you understand what it will take to return your home to its previous condition, and keep you updated every step of the way.

Complete Restoration

We offer complete fire damage restoration, from demo/structure cleaning, to finish work and the final clean after the damage is restored.

Independent Company

We are an independent company. We do not participate in insurance company vendor programs. Instead, we work directly for you, our customer, to assist you with getting the best results for your home.  

Documentation

Your insurance company may be very involved in the process of your homes restoration. We provide detailed documentation, and line by line item break downs of costs for your project.

IICRC Certified

We are IICRC certified to restore fire damaged homes. Fire damage restoration is currently an unregulated industry in Wisconsin, so it's important to use a company that has elected to get certified when considering who should perform the work on your home.
